RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please double-check your order for correct size, style, color, and shipping address.

We accept returns and exchanges within 2 weeks of delivery. To initiate, contact us. Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

For exchanges, you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our warehouse, including any customs or duties for international orders. Refunds for returns are issued in USD at the original purchase value, and currency fluctuations may affect the refunded amount. SmileGiver Batik does not cover exchange rate differences.

Important Note: Each batik is unique due to the handmade process. No two pieces are exactly alike. When exchanging, consider choosing a different design if you want a distinct pattern.


Restocking Fee

For returns, SMILEGIVER BATIK may charge a 10% restocking fee on the original purchase price. This helps cover the costs of handling, inspecting, and repackaging returned items.

Why We Charge a Restocking Fee:

  • Each batik garment is handmade and unique, so returned items may not be resalable as “new.”

  • It helps offset labor and administrative costs associated with returns.

  • Encourages careful ordering and ensures that returns are made thoughtfully.

Important:

  • The item must be in its original, undamaged, and unused condition to qualify for return.

  • The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, which is otherwise issued in USD at the original purchase value.
